
A Structured Collection Model for Used Cooking Oil
QAITAR MAI operates a professional, scalable collection network connecting UCO suppliers across Central Asia with our Almaty processing facility.
We work with any business that generates used cooking oil in commercial quantities. This includes restaurants, hotels, food courts, dark kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, catering companies, food manufacturers, and institutional food operators.
- Used vegetable cooking oil (sunflower, rapeseed, soybean, palm)
- Used animal fat fractions from commercial kitchens
- Mixed used cooking oil from HoReCa operations
- Used frying oil from food production facilities
- Motor oils or lubricants
- Mineral oils
- Heavily contaminated or mixed waste
- Household quantities below minimum threshold

Minimum collection volume is 200 liters per pickup. Suppliers with lower volumes may be eligible for consolidated collection routes.
QAITAR MAI coordinates collection logistics using its own transport capacity and partner logistics providers. Collection containers (IBC tanks and drums) are deployed at supplier locations. Pickups are scheduled on a regular basis — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on volume.
